Miss Flora Flamboyant, from the famous greenhouses of L.A. Orchidwood, and who ALWAYS has something to say, was unusually quiet yesterday: She'd never seen snow and spent most of the day and night watching the winter storm drop 'white stuff' on everything. Watching her stare out the window was almost as if she were frozen .....
