The Awakening

Everybody is excited at the center--human and flora alike--because several sleepy resident orchids are waking up. " Director," said Orchita, " Can you hear the Lemon Sisters' singing? They've been singing 'Good Morning Mary Sunshine' nonstop for two days now. I wish

 they 'd hurry up and bloom."

 Chartreuse suggested that we have a welcome back party for the awakening orchids. Everyone thought this was a good idea and again, I turned it over to the orchids to plan the party. More details to follow…

With the Awakening excitement, the 30° weather today and the wee bit of sunshine coming through the windows, it almost felt like spring… Well almost.
