Cold weather orchid?

On the coldest day of the year as I walked through Home Depot, I felt a tug at the bottom of my jacket. I looked down and saw a shivering orchid. The orchid looked up at me and said, "Please Lady , can I stay at your house? It's too cold here!" What was in Orchid Center Director to do? I checked at the lost and found dept. at Home Depot. No one had turned in a lost orchid, or reported a runaway potted plant. So I paid the escape fee at the service counter, bundled the shivering orchid in my jacket and brought her home to the center. Poor thing. I think? 

 

Upon arriving at the center she seemed to recover quickly and started introducing yourself to the other orchids right away. In this photo she's introducing herself to the Lilac Ladies. OH good golly, I hope she's not another underworld spy. I fall for the shivering orchid trick every time. She and Orchita will have plenty to talk about.
