Orchid Chronicles:
The Freckle's clan is fading fast also. It must be the full moon causing two orchid's to fade at the same time. I revived the Freckles clan a bit by showing her the new pot I had for her sleepy time. But, alas, she knows
her fate and she was seen today laying on of petals...passing on her ancient orchid history..to the Plum Girls.. The Freckle's clan has captured my heart, as did the Old Grey Goose. I will miss them, their stories of old and Earl Gray Tea times. She came into the center an arrogant, trouble-making,, unorganized ADHD mess but is retreating for sleepy time a thoughtful, organized, leader admired by everyone. What a wonderful turnaround for her!! As she slips into Sleepy time (repotted in her new orchid pot), The Lilac Ladies, Tiny Tina, and the Plum girls rallied together to sing a farewell send off.
