The Flora O'Dora girls, although in sleepy time mode, rousted themselves for a midnight escapade of Bocce Ball with the Flora Bird's. Earlier in the day, a crazy windstorm knocked a basketful of nectarines from the Center's dwarf nectarine trees, and the girls used the not-ready-for-prime-time nectarines as bocce balls in the carpeted recreation room. Apparently early lights out is not a powerful enough stimulus to get the girls' attention. Yard duty, carpet cleaning, and early lights out next step. Never a dull moment or night time at the Center. (BTW: the Flora O'Dora girls trounced the Flora Birds!!!)
